Set a minimum turnout and a deadline. Automatic cancellation is optional and off by default. Turn it on to cancel after a shortfall, or leave it off to keep the meeting open. Only Going responses count.
Saved calendar copies do not update automatically. Subscribe using the meeting’s calendar feed to follow changes when your calendar refreshes. Verified email updates provide a separate cancellation notice.

No. Guests can open the invitation and RSVP with their name. An email address is optional for verified reminders and changes. Organizers sign in to create and manage plans.

You can share the link wherever links are supported. Each platform decides whether to show a preview and when to refresh it. Anyone who receives the link can open the invitation, so share it with your intended audience.
Meetyn handles invitations and RSVPs, not ticket sales, admission checks or seat allocation. A QR invitation opens the event details; it is not proof of entry.
