Who it’s for

Client reviews that move the work forward

Give clients and collaborators a clear destination for creative reviews, campaign kickoffs and project workshops—without another guest onboarding step.

01

Keep each client’s planning organized

Use separate workspaces where appropriate and give teammates only the access they need. A workspace keeps your organizing work distinct; it does not turn a shared invitation into a restricted client portal. Keep confidential deliverables in your approved document system.

02

Turn a review into a decision

For a campaign review, write: ‘Choose the final direction for the October launch. Please review the two concepts before we meet.’ Add the session time and your existing video link. Share the invitation in the client’s Slack channel or project conversation instead of asking everyone to move to a new tool.

03

Make changes easy to follow

Update the same invitation when the timing changes. Verified reminder subscribers can receive important changes, but also post in the original client conversation. Calendar exports are copies; ask guests to update those after a reschedule.

04

Reuse the structure, not an outdated invitation

Save useful meeting defaults as a preset for the next review. Check the title, participants’ context, dates and conferencing link every time. A preset helps you start a new plan; it does not automatically create a recurring series.

Put the idea into practice.

Start with your occasion, a time and a place. Give your group one clear next step.
