A little help getting together.
Do I need everyone’s email address to set up a meeting?
No. Sign in as an organizer, create your meeting and share its link. Guests can RSVP with just their name, without an email address or Meetyn account. Your video provider may have its own sign-in requirements.
Does Meetyn host video calls?
No. Paste your own Google Meet, Zoom, Teams or other joining link. Meetyn helps organize the meeting and takes guests to that provider.
How do I edit a meeting?
Sign in as the organizer, open the meeting and select Edit meeting. Its invitation URL stays the same. Use Cancel meeting if it is no longer happening.
Will my downloaded calendar event update?
Calendar exports are snapshots. Reopen the Meetyn link to check for changes. Share important changes in the same chat or channel where you posted the invitation. Automated email reminders are not enabled yet.
How do I change my RSVP?
Open the meeting using the same browser where you responded. Your private browser credential lets you update it. If you clear your cookies, contact the organizer for help with a duplicate response.
Where are the mobile apps?
iOS and Android apps are planned. The responsive website works on mobile now.
