Create and reuse Zoom or Google Meet joining links
Keep calls in your existing video service and coordinate invitations and responses in Meetyn.
Create the call in your own account
Select Google Meet or Zoom in the meeting form. Use the provider shortcut, create the call there and copy its guest joining link. Return to Meetyn and paste it. The shortcut opens the provider; it does not create a room automatically or retrieve a link.
Share the guest destination
For Zoom, use the participant joining URL, not a host start URL or administration page. For Meet, copy the meeting joining link. Check admission and guest-access settings with the provider. An email-free Meetyn RSVP does not bypass provider sign-in or admission requirements.
Reuse suitable links with presets
Save the location, agenda and duration as a workspace preset. Before reusing the link, confirm it is still valid and suitable for the audience. Presets do not renew expired calls, create provider recurrence or copy attendees. Choose a fresh date and review the invitation.
Keep changes consistent
Rescheduling the provider call does not update Meetyn automatically, and editing Meetyn does not edit that provider. Make and Zapier support separately configured workflows. Their generated joining links are not automatically written back into Meetyn in this release.

Are provider subscriptions included?
No. Provider accounts, limits and charges remain separate.
Can I use Teams?
Yes. Paste a valid Teams joining link.
Does Meetyn record or transcribe calls?
No. It coordinates invitations and opens the supplied destination.
