Information used to provide the service

We process organizer account details, meeting information and guest names and responses. If you request email updates, we also process your verified email address and notification preferences. We use limited operational records to secure the service and troubleshoot problems.

Who can see a meeting

Anyone with an invitation link can view its meeting details. Treat the link as shareable, not confidential. Guest names and responses are visible to authorized workspace organizers and teammates; other guests see counts. Your notification email is not included in a public attendee list.

Providers

Firebase supports authentication, MongoDB stores product records, Heroku hosts the application and Amazon SES delivers transactional email. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures public website use. Meeting and account pages are excluded from analytics. These providers process data to operate their services, potentially outside your country.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep organizers signed in and let guests edit their own responses. Optional analytics is controlled through Cookie preferences. We do not send your meeting title, participant name or email address to Google Analytics.

Language assistance

Selecting another language loads Google Translate to translate interface text. Names, meeting descriptions and account details marked as user content are excluded from translation. Automated translations may contain errors; English is the source version.

Your choices

You can update your profile and RSVP, unsubscribe from meeting emails, decline analytics or contact support to request access, correction or deletion. We retain information while needed for the service, security or applicable obligations and process deletion requests through support. Do not post sensitive personal information in shareable meeting details.
