Service Providers
The principal services supporting Meetyn and the information relevant to their roles.

Core service infrastructure
Google Firebase provides account authentication and related identity handling. MongoDB Atlas stores account, organization, meeting, response and service records. Heroku, a Salesforce service, hosts the application and processes requests and operational logs. Cloudflare provides domain and DNS services; the current Meetyn DNS configuration does not imply that all application traffic is proxied through Cloudflare.
Email and payments
Amazon Web Services SES delivers authentication, verification, recovery and other enabled product emails to their intended recipients. Stripe/Link provides Managed Payments checkout, transaction support and subscription management when paid sales are enabled. Payment providers process checkout identity, transaction and payment information and may have independent legal obligations as the merchant of record.
Public website services
Google Analytics measures eligible public-page use after permission. Google Translate provides requested language assistance. Google Fonts delivers the website's font files. These connections can involve ordinary IP/browser information; analytics and translation have the additional purposes described in our Privacy and Cookie policies. We do not describe every provider as receiving every category of Meetyn data.
Services you choose
Apple and Google may provide sign-in and app distribution. Video and calendar services receive information when you use their links or import meeting details. Those services are generally chosen by the organizer or guest and have their own terms and privacy notices. Meetyn currently accepts pasted joining links; it does not receive video-call recordings or automatically create provider meetings as part of that workflow.
Changes, locations and contracts
Processing locations and retention depend on the provider, service and configuration and can include the United States and other countries. Contact support@postly.ai for provider or transfer-safeguard information relevant to your organization. If you require a data-processing agreement, residency commitment or other procurement terms, request them before submitting regulated data; this page does not itself create an unexecuted agreement or certification. We update this directory as the service changes.
