Respect people and their information
Do not use Meetyn for harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, discrimination, stalking, doxxing, impersonation or unlawful events. Do not submit another person's information without authority, collect unnecessary sensitive information, disclose private addresses without permission, or misrepresent a meeting's organizer or purpose.
No spam, fraud or malicious links
Do not send unsolicited bulk invitations, automate deceptive RSVPs, distribute malware, run phishing or payment scams, or use meeting links to hide harmful destinations. A guest response is not permission to add someone to a marketing list. Do not falsely claim affiliation with Meetyn, Postly or a video provider.
Protect the service
Do not bypass authentication, roles, seat capacity, rate limits or trial restrictions; access another workspace; scrape private records; overload the service; or test security against other people's data. Do not distribute account credentials or resell access without authorization. Legitimate security concerns should be reported through our Security page. This restriction does not override rights that applicable law or an open-source license expressly protects.
Event safety and lawful use
Organizers are responsible for event permissions, participant safety, venue rules and any recording consent required by their chosen provider or local law. Meetyn must not be used as an emergency dispatch, crisis alert or safety-critical attendance system. Comply with applicable sanctions, export and other laws. Do not use the service for child exploitation or unlawful content; report imminent danger to appropriate emergency services.
Reports and enforcement
Send reports to support@postly.ai with the relevant URL and a concise description. Do not include unnecessary personal records or redistribute harmful content. We may investigate, preserve necessary evidence, remove content or proportionately restrict access, and cooperate with lawful requests. We may act urgently to protect people or systems. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact support with relevant context for review.
