Cookie and Device Storage Policy

Essential account and guest storage
meetyn_session is the organizer's secure, HTTP-only session cookie, normally lasting up to five days. meetyn_workspace remembers the selected workspace for up to one year. meetyn_guest is a random, HTTP-only browser credential used to edit guest RSVPs and poll responses, normally lasting up to 180 days and renewed by participation. These are not advertising cookies. Clearing guest storage can prevent you from editing an existing response; contact the organizer or support rather than impersonating another guest.
Preferences and sign-in
meetyn-analytics in local storage records your analytics choice until changed or cleared. meetyn-theme stores your light, dark or system appearance preference on the device until changed or cleared. meetyn_locale remembers your chosen language for up to one year. When another language is selected, googtrans is used by Google Translate and is set for up to one year; the provider may manage its own related storage. meetyn-signin-email may remember an email while completing passwordless sign-in. Firebase may store authentication state in browser-managed storage. Shared devices should be signed out and cleared before another person uses them.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is not loaded by our measurement component before you grant analytics consent. After acceptance, Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier> to measure eligible public-page use. Their duration depends on the provider and property configuration. Private meeting, account and authentication pages are excluded from our measurement. Use Cookie preferences to reject or withdraw optional analytics. Withdrawal stops our future measurement; existing cookies may remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser.
Third-party services
Google fonts and requested translation involve connections to Google. Sign-in and payment providers may use storage when you open their services. Video and calendar providers apply their own policies after you follow a link. Our cookie choice is not a blanket consent for unrelated third-party processing. Review the relevant provider's notice and your browser settings.
Installed clients and your choices
The PWA follows the same cookie choices as its browser context and caches only public installation assets and a generic offline page. Native clients use device storage for authentication and pending email sign-in rather than web analytics cookies. You may clear site data, uninstall a client or adjust browser restrictions, but this can interrupt sign-in and response editing. Clearing storage or uninstalling does not delete server records or cancel a subscription. For those requests, see Account and Data Deletion or Refunds and Cancellation.
