Create a gathering page from your dashboard, give it a name and introduction, then attach meetings when you create or edit them. Share the same page in WhatsApp, Discord, email or on a printed QR code.
The next gathering comes first
The page puts the next active meeting first. Choose whether to show other upcoming gatherings too. Each meeting keeps its own invitation and fresh responses. Cancelled, archived and ended meetings do not appear in the upcoming list.
Bring people back
Use Do this again on a meeting to start a fresh draft with its title, description, location and gathering page. Pick a new date and optional turnout deadline before publishing. Previous RSVPs and notification subscriptions are never copied.

Is this an automatically recurring meeting?
No. You choose and publish each date. The permanent gathering page updates as you attach new meetings.
Who can view the page?
Anyone with its link. It is excluded from search indexing, but it is not an access-controlled space. Only meetings you attach appear; participant names stay private to organizers.
Can I pause the page?
Yes. Turn off its availability in your gathering-page settings. Its address stays the same when you turn it back on.
