Save an agenda, duration and location once, then start the next meeting with those details already filled in.

Keep the useful details, choose a fresh date

A community catch-up often needs the same agenda and joining place each time. In the meeting form, open Saved meeting presets and give the current details a recognizable name. A preset saves the title, description, duration and location. It does not save a meeting date, create a recurring series or carry guest responses into a new event.

Share useful settings with your organizing team

Presets belong to the selected workspace. Authorized organizers can apply a preset, adjust the details and publish a new invitation. Each meeting has its own link and responses. Check the workspace selection before saving, particularly when you organize events for more than one community.

Reuse locations carefully

An in-person address or reusable video joining link can be part of the preset. Confirm that a saved conferencing link is still valid and intended for this group; Meetyn does not renew or generate a provider room when applying a preset. Review the invitation before sharing it. Removing a preset does not change existing meetings.

Frequently asked questions

Does a preset create recurring meetings?

No. Apply it to a meeting, choose the date and publish a fresh invitation each time. Automatic recurring series are not available yet.

Will previous guests be invited automatically?

No. A preset does not include attendees or email addresses. Share the new meeting link with your group.

Can organizers in another workspace use it?

Presets are scoped to their workspace. Other workspaces cannot read or remove them unless the signed-in user has the required access to that workspace.
