Use the group you already have

Copy a meeting invitation into WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, Telegram or a community website. Meetyn does not need to import your contacts or send a message on your behalf. People can open the link in their browser even when they belong to different chat platforms. A device's share menu can also help you choose where to post it.

Bring offline members into the plan

Download the invitation's QR code for a club noticeboard or a printed agenda. Include a short description of the gathering and enough context for a person to decide whether the event is relevant before scanning. A QR code points to the same invitation, so you do not need a different event for each distribution channel.

Keep the link when plans change

Edit the existing event rather than creating a second invitation that splits responses. The same page displays the updated time and location. Post a short change notice in each original group; sharing a link does not automatically notify every person who received it. Cancelled events stay clearly marked so old links do not imply the meeting is still happening.
