Save the good plans

Use Meeting templates to reuse an existing setup. Create a meeting, open Overview and choose Save as a meeting template. Templates can include the plan, place, requests and payment instructions. New meetings never copy guest responses, received amounts, dates or privacy overrides.

Unlimited, with fair usage

Pro includes unlimited AI assistance subject to a fair-usage threshold of 1 million input and output tokens per organizer per calendar month, resetting on the first day at 00:00 UTC. Tokens include your brief, system instructions, output and any model thinking. Brief rate limits prevent automated abuse. At the threshold, AI pauses until reset; manual meeting creation continues. Contact support for high-volume needs. Each request has a length limit so suggestions stay concise.

You remain in control

Only the brief you submit is sent to Google Gemini. Meetyn does not send your guest list, contribution records or team permissions. Avoid including private information or payment details in your brief. We keep usage counts and estimated costs, not the brief or generated draft in AI logs. A draft you apply is saved as meeting content when you create the meeting. Review AI suggestions for accuracy and suitability.
