A QR invitation that takes people straight to the plan

Connect your flyer, poster or venue display to the same invitation you share online. Scan, read the details and RSVP.

01

Create the invitation first

Set the title, date, time and location in Meetyn, then open the invitation’s sharing section and download its QR code. The code points to that invitation. It is not a unique ticket for an individual guest.

02

Design for an actual scan

Keep the code high contrast, preserve its clear margin and avoid placing it on a busy image. Add ‘Scan for details and RSVP’ and a readable URL beside it. Test the final print at its intended size, distance and lighting before you order a batch.

03

One destination across print and digital

Use the same invitation link in community messages and social posts. When details change, update that invitation so the QR destination remains useful. Printed dates do not change automatically, so replace misleading posters when necessary.

04

Set expectations at the door

A person scanning this code can view the invitation and respond. The code does not prove payment, reserve a seat or authorize entry. Use a separate ticketing or admission process if your gathering needs one.

Put the idea into practice.

Start with your occasion, a time and a place. Give your group one clear next step.
