Who it’s for

Good plans with your favorite people

Dinner, a birthday catch-up, a weekend walk. Turn the messages you keep meaning to act on into a plan your friends can join.

01

Give the group one clear decision

Start with a specific invitation: Saturday lunch, a place and a time. If the time is still open, create an availability poll first. A named occasion is easier to respond to than another open-ended question in a busy chat.

02

One plan, even across different chats

Share the same invitation with friends on WhatsApp, in a family text thread or by email. Everyone opens the same details and responds with their name. They do not need to install Meetyn or create an account to RSVP.

03

Example: the Saturday table

Try: ‘Saturday lunch, 1–3 PM. Come for a catch-up and bring an appetite. Please let us know by Thursday so we can book the table.’ Put the invitation link immediately below the message. Share a private address only with people you intend to invite; invitation links can be forwarded.

04

A small follow-through makes the difference

Check the response count before making the reservation. Ask guests to save the date and offer optional verified email reminders. If the location changes, update the invitation and post a short note in the original chat so guests who did not opt in to emails see it too.

Put the idea into practice.

Start with your occasion, a time and a place. Give your group one clear next step.
