Bring something or lend a hand at your next meetup
Add optional bring and help requests to a meetup. Guests volunteer quantities, and organizers see what is promised and what is still needed.
Make the request clear
Ask for six bottles of wine, two bags of ice or three setup helpers. Add a unit and optional time or instructions. Guests choose how much they can contribute and can update or remove their own offer.
Know what is still needed
Each request shows the needed and promised quantities. Authorized organizers can see contributors and remaining quantities. Web organizers can download a CSV summary; mobile organizers can copy a contribution report. Promises are not confirmation that an item arrived or a task was completed.
Thank the people who helped
Prepare a group thank-you or a personal note for a contributor. Edit and copy the note to share yourself. Meetyn does not send these notes automatically or require guest email addresses.

Can other guests see who is bringing what?
Guests see aggregate progress and their own offer. Contributor names and private budget information are restricted to authorized organizers.
Does Meetyn collect donations or payments?
Bring and help requests record offers of items or assistance. A separate optional contribution card can link to an external payment provider; Meetyn does not process the payment. Budget figures remain planning estimates.
