Who it’s for

Give your live event a clear invitation

Promote a community performance, launch gathering or open session through links and QR codes, with one place for people to see the plan and respond.

01

Connect the flyer to the next action

Place an invitation QR code beside a short instruction: ‘Scan for details and RSVP.’ Print the readable invitation URL as a fallback. Test the final printed size on more than one phone before distributing posters.

02

Explain the experience before asking for a response

Include the date, time, venue and what guests can expect. For a listening party, describe the format and when doors open in plain language. Mention accessibility and arrival information that you have confirmed with the venue.

03

Use responses for planning, not admission

Going and maybe counts help you understand intent; they are not verified attendance, capacity enforcement or a ticket allocation. Meetyn does not sell tickets, collect event payments, assign seats or validate entry. Use a suitable separate service for those requirements.

04

Keep promotion consistent as plans change

Update the same invitation and announce changes in every channel where you promoted it. Opted-in, verified email recipients can receive changes; other guests may not. Preview cards and printed posters can retain old information, so always direct people to the invitation for the latest details.

Put the idea into practice.

Start with your occasion, a time and a place. Give your group one clear next step.
