Let a plan start a workflow
Make and Zapier receive selected meeting and response events. Discord webhooks post updates to a chosen channel. Each connection belongs to a workspace, supports testing and has recent delivery history. Owners and admins control the destinations.
Follow what comes next
Enable a calendar on a permanent gathering page to publish attached scheduled meetings. Guests subscribe in their calendar app and RSVP on each invitation. Calendar refreshes can be delayed and do not update unrelated imported copies.
Make getting there easier
In-person invitations include directions. Zoom and Google Meet forms provide a provider shortcut and clearer guidance. Presets reuse suitable joining details while organizers choose a fresh date. Provider accounts and access rules remain separate.
Across your devices
Website and installed PWA use the same features. Updated iOS and Android builds include connections, group-calendar controls, directions and provider guidance. Native updates become available after store review. The Microsoft Store app uses the hosted web experience.
