Let guests choose to hear from you
RSVP works without an email address. A guest who wants meeting emails can enter an address and confirm it through the verification email. After confirmation, they can receive a one-hour reminder and important meeting changes. They can unsubscribe at any time.
Keep followed plans in your account
A signed-in participant can use the invitation’s reminder controls to follow the meeting. Account holders can return to their dashboard for followed plans and notices. Creating an account does not mean every public invitation is followed automatically.
Calendar copies are a separate choice
Saving to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar helps put the time on a guest’s schedule. Meetyn cannot check whether a guest actually saved the external event. These calendar copies do not automatically synchronize changes from the invitation.
Still announce important changes
Not every guest opts in or verifies their email, and email delivery is not guaranteed. For a cancellation or a last-minute venue change, update the invitation and tell people in the original conversation too. These meeting reminders are not a marketing mailing list.
