Who it’s for

Make space for the conversations that build a business

For solo founders and startup teams: bring users, peers and partners together for feedback circles, demos and working sessions.

01

Start with a focused feedback circle

Invite a small group around one question you need to answer. ‘Help us understand how you plan a community meetup’ is more useful than an unspecified product chat. Tell people how long it will take and whether they should prepare anything.

02

Meet people where you found them

Share the same invitation in a founder community, a customer conversation or a direct message. Guests can respond with their name without a Meetyn account. Offer optional email reminders rather than making an email address the price of admission.

03

Example: a 30-minute product conversation

Allow five minutes for context, fifteen for discussion and ten for next steps. Add your existing conferencing link. Use the response count to prepare, and invite guests to save the session to their calendar. Obtain any recording permission separately; an RSVP is not recording consent.

04

Make the next session easier

Review who responded and what you learned outside Meetyn in your usual research notes. Save a preset for the next session. Meetyn coordinates invitations and responses; it is not a research repository, sales CRM or automated lead-routing service.

Put the idea into practice.

Start with your occasion, a time and a place. Give your group one clear next step.
