Keep guest names private from other attendees. Choose workspace defaults or selected organizers for access to responses and contributions.
Roles for defaults, people for individual meetups
Workspace settings choose whether Admins and Editors receive guest-detail access by default. The meetup creator and workspace Owners always retain access. Creators and Owners can instead select specific active teammates for a meetup.
The same boundary for reports
Guest-detail access applies to response lists, contribution details and participant exports on web and mobile. Editing a meetup does not by itself grant access to private guest details.
Discreet participation with clear limits
Guests need a display name to respond; email updates are optional. This is not anonymous participation: authorized organizers can see the name provided. Anyone with the invitation link can view the invitation and respond, so share it with care.

Meetyn does not promise secret or anonymous meetings. Link access and hidden guest lists are not a guarantee of confidentiality. Do not put confidential information in a shared invitation.
