Connect Meetyn to Zapier
Use meeting and RSVP events to start a Zap without needing a dedicated Meetyn connector.
Set up a Catch Hook
Create a Zap and choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger. Select Catch Hook and copy its URL. In Meetyn, select the correct workspace and open Connections. Choose Zapier, name the connection, paste the URL and select your events. Webhooks by Zapier requires a supporting paid plan.
Test before enabling the workflow
Use Send test in Meetyn and look for the request in Zapier. The connection test has no meeting fields. Publish a test meeting to capture a realistic sample before mapping fields. Add an event filter so only intended actions run. Check both Meetyn delivery history and Zapier task history when troubleshooting.
Turn changes into useful work
A published meeting can add a planning-sheet row; a cancellation can mark it cancelled; a finalized poll can start preparation. RSVP events provide a response choice without guest identity. They support activity tracking but are not a named guest list or a reliable current headcount because guests can change responses.
Keep retries safe
Store eventId and ignore repeats. A timeout can happen after the destination accepted a request, so a retry may run an action twice. Processing order is not guaranteed. Use meeting.id as a record key and meeting.version when updating meeting state. Zapier manages the accounts authorized for later steps.

Do I search for a Meetyn app?
Choose Webhooks by Zapier > Catch Hook.
Can a Zap create a Zoom meeting?
Zapier has a Zoom Create Meeting action. Configure your own Zoom account there and copy the resulting joining link into Meetyn. Automatic write-back is not included.
Does delivered mean my Zap finished?
No. Check Zapier task history for downstream results.
