Share a Zoom meeting with your group through Meetyn

Set up the Zoom call first

Create the meeting in Zoom using the host account and settings you normally use. Confirm its waiting-room, passcode and participant settings there. Meetyn does not change Zoom host permissions or provide a Zoom subscription. Check that the URL you share is a participant joining link, not a private host or administrative link.

Give the group a single reference page

Paste the Zoom HTTPS joining link into a Meetyn event and choose a clear title and duration. Share the invitation in your community chat. Members can RSVP without giving the organizer an email address. The event page brings the time, purpose and joining action together while Zoom continues to provide the video call.

Treat the invitation as shareable

Anyone with the Meetyn invitation can see its meeting details, including the joining destination. Use Zoom's own admission controls for a restricted call. If you rotate the link or cancel the call, update Meetyn and notify the group. The initial release uses manual Zoom links; automated link creation and native account connections are planned separately.
